Business Center project by AAArchitect. This is an European Property Awards Winner Project for office Architecture in Cyprus total area 734 m².

An award-winning project that is due for completion in 2022. One of the exterior walls features an eye-catching artistic metal design, while the entire building is high tech, including the client’s apartment on the top floor. It was designed with an open plan concept and has seven floors including underground parking and an accessible roof garden.

There are no columns inside the building which gives the lay-out greater flexibility, enabling the planning of offices to be changeable at any time. Its acoustically friendly spaces with comfortable lighting and optimum temperatures increase employee satisfaction, productivity and well-being. It balances smart technologies with eco-friendly architecture.
